Health Benefits of Tea
Tea is becoming one of the most popular drinks in the world. Tea tastes wonderful, and it is a very versatile drink, and is also extremely healthy for you as well. Many people understand the health benefits of tea, including Chinese cultures, Japanese cultures, Europeans, Taiwanese and African cultures. Health conscious citizens in America are now just beginning to understand the health benefits of tea, and the fact that drinking tea or consuming tea in other forms can be one of the greatest benefits you can do for your body.
Green Tea is quickly sweeping the nation, because the health and medicinal benefits of tea are overwhelming. Green tea is widely known for providing a number of health benefits, including anti aging properties, the elimination of free radicals, weight loss benefits and many many other advantages.
Many of the health benefits of tea come from EGCG, which is an extremely powerful natural antioxidant. Antioxidants work to rid your body of harmful free radicals, which can damage the cells in your body, reducing your lifespan and causing other illnesses like cancer. Free radicals are responsible for many of the effects of aging, and the aging process can therefore be slowed down by EGCG and tea. The EGCG in your tea can also help speed up your metabolism, giving you a better sense of well being and making it easier for you to lose weight and remain healthy over time.

PLEASE READ I TOOK THE TIME TO GIVE YOU SOME TIPS!=)
I love eating healthy food almost as much as i eat fast food. Im tryng very hard to stay away from carbs 3 hours prior to bedtime because it can add to my muffin top. I try to also dirink Green Tea because it has endless benifits for the body internally and externally. Green tea clenses and detoxifies the body from impurities and can increase fat burn. Make sure you eat breakfast lunch and dinner at the appropriate times and do not over eat. When you feel you need a snack between meals snack on fruit and vegetables, stay away from carbs at snack time because we can over eat carbs very easily. Eat carbs at your three meals of the day and make sure they are whole grains!
I am currently excersizes about 2hrs a day to really tone up my body and elimate the muffin top I have. I am using the Billy Blanks video and i have heard excellent weightloss and toned up bodies that have benifited from it. Never give up always fight to the finish and put all effort. It takes time and patience so do not get discouraged. Set reasonable goals for weighloss. I myself do not own a scale and i dont think anyone should because then you obsess over the numbers of how much you weigh and how much you lost or gained. Just workout until you reach your goal and then maintain the fiqure you always wanted.

How I try to be healthy, haha. I’m 5′8.5″, 174cm, a bit over 120 lbs, or around 55kg. I’m trying to lose a few more lbs.
Tips:
- Drink a glass of hot water or lemon water first thing in the morning to flush out system
- Always eat breakfast, eat your carbs in the morning
- Spread out meals into 6 small meals a day
- No sugar or carbs for dinner, low salt for dinner
- No eating 4 hours before bed time
- Watch your sauces, creamy sauces are high in calories
- Dinner should be the smallest meal
- Count your calories, I stick to around or under 1000 a day on the weekdays when I’m trying to lose weight
- You don’t need 2000 calories if all you do is sit around
- Exercise
Foods in my regular diet:
Apples, other fruits, plain oatmeal, fat free yogurt, coffee (with cream only), unsalted mixed nuts, egg, vegetables, baby carrots, celery, rotisserie or grilled chicken, tomato soup, Green Tea, dark chocolate, tuna
Foods I never/rarely eat:
Juices (bottled), soda, artificial drinks, pizza, cheese, burgers, hot dogs, fried food, cake, cookies, sweets, chips, salty snacks, ice cream, bread
My favorite foods:
Hot pot, sukiyaki, shabu shabu, Korean BBQ, Taiwanese food, steak, ribs
