Posted by admin on Oct 29, 2009

PLEASE only answer if you have actually used these products. (Thanks).. I would like to know from your experiences how these products worked for you. Did you try one, or have you tried both? Which product worked best for you? I’m wanting to lose around 15 pounds. I will also exercise.
As you can see, someone who has never used this product decided to answer my question anyway. Listen, I’m 31 years old. I dont need a lecture. So, unless you have used these products…PLEASE do not answer.

Does all green tea have the same health benefits?

Posted by admin on Oct 29, 2009

I know that drinking four glasses of green tea a day can slow the aging process and speed up my metabolism. Does it have to be hot tea or can iced tea do the same? Also, does it have to be brewed from tea bags or can I get the same benefit from the power stuff you add to a bottle of water, or from the bottled stuff you can buy in the grocery store?

green tea is green tea

but if ur drinking some bottle green tea with lots of sugar, that kinda negates the purpose of taking it to aid in weight loss

but Green Tea is not some miracle supplement or anything

If i go on an all celery and green- tea diet, will it make me lose wieght?

Posted by admin on Oct 29, 2009

Green Tea deffinitly works, so plz dont say it doesnt, and i know celery has negative calories.
so if i go on a total green-tea and celery diet will it make me lose wieght fast? because i want to wear a bikini this summer and i need it by july 17th. or sooner. thanx fur the help

Yes, you will lose weight at first. However, this diet is really bad for you. Your body will think you are starving yourself. As soon as you get off of this diet you will gain more weight then you have on you now and this weight will be harder to get off.

It would be better for you to workout by doing a good amount of cardio. This will help you quickly drop fat. You could lose even more if you did your cardio in intervals or even cycling.

Of course it’s your choice, but I would never recommend this diet. It will do more harm to your body than good, however I cannot deny that while you are on the diet you will lose weight. So the answer to your questions is yes, you will lose weight.

Green Tea Dosage – How to Get it Right and Gain the Maximum Health Benefits

Posted by admin on Oct 26, 2009

Let’s face it, getting the correct green tea dosage may seem like a simple task, but there are many factors to consider, otherwise you will not gain the maximum health benefits from it, which are considerable.

Green tea and the correct green tea dosage, has been proven to reduce the risk of cancer, lower your cholesterol levels and even help you burn fat by boosting your metabolism levels. An improved immune system is another great benefit, helping you fight off those common colds and flu, or even preventing you catching them in the first place!

Usually a cup of brewed green tea (6oz.) contains about 20-30 mg of caffeine, about half that of a normal cup of tea. You should not drink excessive amounts of brewed green tea. The usual recommendation is around 3 to 4 cups of tea per day, to gain the best Green Tea dosage.

If you drink more than 5 to 6 cups of green tea daily you may experience sleeplessness, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, diarrhoea, vomiting, headache, loss of appetite or other caffeine-related side effects.

Even decaffeinated green tea dosage can be tricky as the processes used to take out the caffeine can damage the tea and leave chemicals in the tea which will counter-act any benefit gained in the first place! Not an ideal situation at all!

If you become skilled at using green tea leaves, primarily by using them the recommended 3 times over and discarding the first infusion, you can have a little more control.

By far the best and most effective way to gain all the amazing health benefits of green tea is by taking it in supplement form, preferably combined with other natural nutrients, giving rise to what is known as synergy, and ensuring you get the right green tea dosage.

Remember also that good quality green tea supplements are decaffeinated, so you don’t have to worry about any detrimental health effects.

When ingredients work together synergistically, they provide a far greater benefit than if taken on their own. Green tea for example works well with olive leaf and ginger, and its effects will be enhanced significantly compared to if it were taken as a stand-alone pill.

Your next step? Why not take what you’ve learned about green tea dosage and make it a point to perhaps look into getting all the incredible benefits of green tea as a part of a combined supplement, and improving your health now and for the future as well.
